The Websites present general information about CodeySpace, our services, expertise, selected work and available career opportunities. Published content is provided for general informational, recruitment and business-enquiry purposes. It is not a binding offer, technical commitment, warranty or professional advice.

Contacting us does not create a client, partnership, employment or confidential advisory relationship. Software development work begins only under an accepted proposal, statement of work, services agreement or other written arrangement.

Where a signed client agreement conflicts with these Website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Job descriptions and availability may change, be paused or be withdrawn at any time. Submitting an application confirms your interest but does not guarantee acknowledgement beyond any automated confirmation, an interview, an offer or employment.

When you apply, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to submit your résumé and linked materials, and that your application does not improperly disclose confidential or third-party information. You must not misrepresent your identity, qualifications or work history.

We may assess, progress, reject or retain an application in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. No employment relationship exists unless and until both you and CodeySpace enter into an applicable written employment or engagement agreement.

Careers administration areas are restricted to authorized users. If we issue or approve access for you, you must keep your sign-in credentials and session secure, use the account only for authorized CodeySpace work, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or revoke access where necessary to protect applicants, CodeySpace or the Websites.

You may use the Websites only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Websites, administration areas, infrastructure or connected systems
• Interfere with performance, security or availability
• Introduce malicious code, automated abuse, deceptive traffic or fraudulent applications
• Scrape or reproduce substantial Website content or applicant information without permission
• Use the Websites or our identity to mislead, impersonate or infringe the rights of others
• Upload unlawful material or content you do not have the right to provide

Do not send passwords, payment credentials, unnecessary government identifiers, regulated data, trade secrets or other highly sensitive information through the general contact or application forms. Business information submitted before a written confidentiality arrangement is in place should not be assumed confidential, although we will handle enquiries and applications responsibly.

Applicant information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Providing a portfolio, GitHub or LinkedIn link does not transfer ownership of that material to CodeySpace, but you permit us to review it for recruitment purposes.

Unless stated otherwise, the Website design, copy, graphics, branding, software and other published materials are owned by or licensed to CodeySpace and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate purposes. You may not commercially reuse, modify, republish or distribute our materials without written permission. Ownership and licensing of client project deliverables are governed by the relevant client agreement.

Case studies describe selected work at a high level. Product names, screenshots and third-party marks remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may not treat a case study as permission to copy a client product, interface, data or branding.

The Websites may link to or use third-party services, including Google Forms, Google Firebase and WhatsApp. CodeySpace does not control their availability, content or independent privacy practices. Your direct use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider's terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information across the Websites, including business enquiries and job applications. By submitting information, you acknowledge that it will be handled as described in that policy, subject to the rights provided by applicable law.

The Websites are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CodeySpace disclaims implied warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We may change, suspend or remove Website content, job listings or functionality without notice. We do not guarantee that every described service, capability, feature or role will remain available or be suitable for every person or project.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeySpace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public Websites or from reliance on their general content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future Website use. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
